At BakeStone, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, as our products are fresh, made-to-order bakery items, cancellations and returns are limited.

1️⃣ Order Cancellation

✔ Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of placing the order only.

❌ Cancellation requests cannot be accepted if:

• Food preparation has already started

• Order is packed for delivery

• Order is out for delivery

If delivery has already begun:
→ You may refuse the order at the doorstep, but refund depends on condition of the returned product.

2️⃣ Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only provided in the following situations:

To request a refund:

• Contact us within 2 hours of delivery

• Provide order number & photo evidence (if applicable)

3️⃣ Products Not Eligible for Refund

❌ No refund or cancellation for:

• Personalized/custom cakes once preparation has started

• Consumable food items without valid quality issue

• Orders refused without a reasonable cause

4️⃣ Return Policy

Only applicable if:

• Product delivered is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect

• You can request for return within 1hour of delivery.

Return Condition Requirements:

Due to health and food safety reasons:

• We do not accept returns after delivery

• We do not offer product exchange

• All sales are final once the order is delivered successfully

Refunds for Damaged or Wrong Products

You may be eligible for a refund only if:

• The product received is damaged
• The product received is spoiled
• You received a wrong item compared to the order

5️⃣ Refund Processing Time

Once approved:

• Refunds for online payments (PhonePe, UPI, Cards, etc.)
  will be Credited within 5–7 business days
  to the original method of payment.

If the product received is not as expected:

• Contact us within 2 hours of delivery

• We will review and may issue a refund or replacement

Items covered under manufacturer warranty should be taken up directly with the manufacturer.
