BakeStone sells bakery products including cakes, pastries, and related food items
All product images are for presentation only — actual product may vary
Prices and availability may change at our discretion
3️⃣ Payments
We accept online payments through secure third-party payment gateways like:
PhonePe UPI
Credit/Debit Cards
Net Banking
Other enabled modes
We do not store any payment details such as UPI PIN, card data, or banking login.
4️⃣ Shipping & Delivery
Deliveries are fulfilled within Ranchi and nearby locations.
Estimated delivery time: 2–4 hours (may vary due to external conditions).

6️⃣ Intellectual Property
All images, content, branding, and designs on the Platform belong to BakeStone.
You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce content without written consent.

Upload harmful or unlawful information
Violation may lead to account suspension/legal action.

The Platform may include links to third-party websites.
We are not responsible for the content or policies of such websites.
9️⃣ Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Delays due to traffic, weather, or logistics issues
Allergic reactions (ingredient info must be checked before ordering)
Indirect or incidental losses such as missed occasions
Maximum liability is limited to:
₹100 or the order value (whichever is lower)
🔟 Force Majeure
BakeStone shall not be held liable for non-performance due to events beyond control including strikes, lockdowns, natural calamities, network disruptions, etc.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts located in:
